Opportunity Highlights
Join an established and stable family medicine practice hiring due to growth
Work within an excellent not-for-profit health system serving multiple states
Work only one hour from Salt Lake City in the growing city of Tremonton
Earn $313,700 salary plus $50K signing bonus and $75K loan repayment
Practice full-spectrum family medicine, including surgical obstetrics and C-sections
Work 32 patient-facing hours across four days per week
Collaborate with 3 experienced FM OB providers and 4 APPs
Access on-site social worker, dietician, pharmacist, and mental health integration
Receive up to 40 days discretionary time off, combining all leave types
