Details:

• Setting: Hybrid/Remote setting for patients with CKD or ESRD
• Schedule: M-F, 8am-5:00pm, No Weekends/No Call
• Start: ASAP

Required:

• Active WV state license
• Certifications: BC and DEA
• Open to candidates with 2 or more years of direct patient care experience

Compensation:

• Receive weekly paycheck
