Summary of Accountabilities:
Execute preventative maintenance tasks on all manufacturing equipment to include ammonia refrigeration systems.
Execute installations of new equipment into the plant.
Perform emergency repairs to plant equipment in a cost-efficient manner.
Perform as a member of the emergency response team.
Assist with the modification of plant systems.
Conduct one’s business in such a way as to ensure personal and product safety.
Recognize a hazardous environment and use necessary safety equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
2 Year Technical Degree OR 4 Years of Industrial Maintenance Experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with complex electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems.
Ability to work a flexible schedule with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to climb a ladder and work safely in high places.
Ability to lift and move heavy (+75 Lbs) objects.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment and systems.
Candidate must be able to work both independently and within a team environment.
Able to work in a variety of environments (hot and cold) with his/her body contorted in many positions.
