Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular ICU position requiring a compact or AZ RN license, with critical care certifications and night shift availability.
Responsibilities
- Position is in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) of a hospital setting
- 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Care for adult cardiovascular patients in a critical care environment
- Deliver specialized nursing care to cardiovascular ICU patients
- Work as a key part of the critical care team
- Orientation and training will be provided as needed
Requirements
- Active AZ or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of recent CVICU experience required
- Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- May not be currently employed by, or have worked for, Tenet Health within the last 12 months
