WCS Healthcare is proud to partner with a well-established outpatient Surgery Center in Watchung, NJ to hire an experienced Registered Nurse (PACU). This is a full-time, Monday–Friday opportunity with no nights, weekends, or major holidays — offering excellent work–life balance in a highly professional, team-oriented environment.
Job Function:
- Day Shift.
- 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
Provide high-quality post-anesthesia care for patients recovering from outpatient surgical procedures.
Perform ongoing assessments, monitoring, and documentation to ensure safe and effective recovery.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and clinical staff to deliver coordinated patient care.
Educate patients and families on post-operative instructions and discharge plans.
Maintain compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and safety standards.
Job Requirements:
Active NJ Registered Nurse (RN) license.
1 year of PACU, ICU, ER, or critical care experience strongly preferred.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred but not required).
