Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive inpatient care to a panel of adult patients, managing a caseload of 16-20 patients per day. Conduct thorough patient histories, perform physical examinations, diagnose illnesses and injuries, and develop effective treatment plans. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide ongoing medical care throughout a patient's hospitalization. Collaborate effectively with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in hospital operations and contribute to medical education initiatives, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records within the Meditech electronic medical record system. Qualifications: Active and unrestricted New Hampshire (NH) medical license. Board-certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM) is mandatory. Experience in a hospital setting managing adult medical patients is preferred. Excellent clinical judgment, decision-making skills, and strong clinical foundation in hospital medicine. Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team environment.
