Requirements
- Open to IMLC Physicians.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years.
- Minimum of 36 months of experience required.
- Must maintain active ACLS and BLS certifications.
Credentialing Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification.
- Cardiovascular/Thoracic Surgery (CAQ) certification.
- Emergency credentialing available to expedite your start.
