Shift:
40 hours per week - Days, Monday-Friday and one weekend a month rotation
Work Experience:
• Required to prioritize start of care visits
• Required to supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits
• Clinical notes and other documentation due within 48 hours of visit
• Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office
• Be generally responsive during normal business hours
License:
Current and valid Occupational Therapist license issued by the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT)
Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification
