Experienced BC Orthopedic Surgeon for Central Texas - Student Loan Assistance!

• Regional Medical Center and Hospital located about 50 miles apart in Central Texas, are searching for a BC/BE orthopedic surgeon to provide general orthopedic care for both communities.
• The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience and be comfortable practicing solo in a smaller town setting.
• The structure would include clinic and OR time in each market weekly.
• As the practice grows, there would be APP assistance added for efficiency.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.
• The package may include:
• Comp is MGMA median or better based on experience
• Both markets have superb quarterly bonus potential based on productivity
• $50K sign-on bonus

• 10 days' call monthly + call pay for days over 10 that you choose to take

• Salary Range - $690k - $893k/year
