Responsibilities
  • Prepare and position patients for CT procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.

  • Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images accurately and efficiently.

  • Collaborate with physicians and team members to deliver exceptional patient care.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

  • Follow all safety standards in alignment with “First Do No Harm.”

Qualifications

Education:

  • Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiography Program or ARRT/NMTCB-recognized Nuclear Medicine Program, required.

  • Associate Degree, preferred.

Experience:

  • One (1) year of CT experience, preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

  • Certified and registered by ARRT in CT (RT(R)(CT) or RT(N)(CT)) or CNMT, RT(CT) — required or obtained within 6 months of hire.

  • IV credentialing, required.

  • Applicable state license, required.

  • Life Support Training per Novant Health policy (NH-HR-3096), required.

Additional Skills:

  • Strong analytical and computer skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Adaptable to patient age and condition-specific needs.
