- One day per month, 8am - 5pm, flexible scheduling
- 15 - 22 patients per visit for medication reviews
- Skilled nursing facility setting
- 2 hours weekly chart review and nurse consultation via phone
- Psychotherapy skills required

- Total of 2 - 3 days per month commitment
