Position Summary
The Physical Therapist delivers comprehensive rehabilitative care to inpatient and/or outpatient populations. Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, documentation, and reassessment to promote patient mobility, functional independence, and overall recovery. The role may also include assisting in departmental reporting and ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Physical Therapy (required)
- Licensure: Active Maryland PT license (or eligibility)
- Certification: Current CPR certification
- Continuing Education: 30 contact hours (3.0 CEUs) required every 2 years
- Experience: Prior physical therapy experience preferred
Schedule & Expectations
- Monday–Friday with rotating weekends
- Flexibility for patient needs and emergent situations
