Adventist Health Columbia Gorge has an outstanding opportunity for an Outpatient Internal Medicine/Pediatric Physician. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is passionate about caring for patients across the lifespan and care continuum, with the majority of working occurring in clinic as well as some inpatient call supporting our ED and OB teams. Our primary care clinics are designated NHSC (National Health Service Corps) service site allowing for loan repayment options, as well as a Rural Health site offering Oregon income tax credit. Our team welcomes new graduates and experienced doctors alike, to work with a cohesive group of APP's, physicians, nurses and medical assistants who are very passionate about evidence based whole person care. We are a designated 5 STAR Primary Care Medical Home with integrated Behavioral Health, on-site diabetes education and EPIC EMR.

Education:
- Graduate of four-year U.S. allopathic or osteopathic medical school or equivalent
Licensure/Certification:
- Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of practice
- BLS
- NRP
