Nurse Practitioner Nephrology Southern California $165K+ Compensation No Nights or Weekends

Bonus Eligible: Annual performance-based bonus
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 am5:00 pm, no nights or weekends
Work Model: Primarily outpatient, with coverage across multiple clinic sites in the region
Patient Focus: Adults and geriatrics, including dialysis and chronic kidney disease populations
Collaborative Culture: Work alongside physicians, RNs, case managers, and care coordinators
Your Role
Perform comprehensive health assessments, physical exams, and risk evaluations
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to guide care plans
Formulate and document individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
Prescribe medications, therapies, and other treatments as appropriate
Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on disease management, prevention, and lifestyle modifications
Requirements
Masters degree in Nursing (MSN) required
Minimum 2 years of NP experience, ideally with exposure to nephrology or internal medicine
Current, unrestricted RN and NP licenses in California
Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
Experience managing patients with chronic conditions strongly preferred
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
