Start date or shifts: ASAP - Ongoing (3-month commitment)
Daily schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; 1-hour unpaid lunch
Practice setting: Occupational Medicine Clinic
Types of procedures: DOT physicals, occupational medicine, primary care, urgent care, suturing
Number of patients: 25+ per day
Ages: Adults (18+)
Additional information: Credentialing timeframe 2-3 weeks. Client requires BLS, DEA, DOT, and active state license. Provider may supervise APPs (TBD). Lodging and mileage provided. EMR: Prognosis. Preferred candidates have 2+ years of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, ER, or sports medicine.
Benefits: Malpractice insurance coverage; weekly electronic pay; potential travel and lodging benefits; earn $2,000 per referral.
