Med/surg and pcu patients 4:1 · Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Charge RN, RNs, PCT · Type of equipment : Ventilators, specialty beds, occasionally CRRT · Documentation system: Meditech · Scheduling requirements: minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule (schedules are 4 weeks). · Floating policy: Contract labor floats first · Patient Experience requirements: med/surg experience Hospital Specifics- · Certifications: BLS, ACLS
