Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Floating requirement to all inpatient areas including ICU, Stepdown, and Med/Surg units
• Nurse to patient ratios: 1:4-6 for general units, 1:2-3 for ICU
• Work in 32-bed ICU/Stepdown mixed unit
• Care for patients with respiratory insufficiency and failure, endocrine disorders, electrolyte imbalances, stroke, cardiac arrest, sepsis, TB, DKA, and renal disorders
• ICU patient ratio 1:1-3, Stepdown unit ratio 1:4-5
• Float between two medical center locations as needed
