Join a high-performing emergency department in a Level III Trauma Center located near Hampshire, TN. This is your opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive setting with a dedicated clinical team and a steady flow of diverse cases. Position Highlights: Shift Schedule: 5:30 AM 3:30 PM 10:00 AM 9:00 PM 2:00 PM 1:00 AM 8:00 PM 6:00 AM Includes evenings, nights, and weekends On-site only (no call or telehealth shifts) Emergency Privileges may be available for quick onboarding Hospital Details: 120-bed facility with a 39-bed Emergency Department Trauma Designation: Level III Average Daily ED Census: 135 patients Support Team Includes: RNs, LPNs, techs, respiratory therapists Annual ED Admission Rate: 10 12% EMR System: Meditech (training available if needed) Clinical Responsibilities: Deliver full-spectrum emergency care for patients of all ages Perform core EM procedures: intubations, central lines, laceration repairs, etc. Collaborate with and supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) during your shift Ensure high-quality care in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Candidate Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM) Comfortable managing high-acuity and high-volume ED patients Previous experience in similar trauma-level facilities strongly preferred This is a compelling opportunity to work in an energetic and supportive environment, where your skills will be highly valued.
