Our client, an industry leader in agricultural production, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing and agricultural support teams, contributing to vital seasonal and year-round operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will help you succeed and grow within the organization.
Job Title: Production Worker
Location: Rushville, IN
Pay Range: $19.50 and up depending on shift
Shift: MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
What's the Job?
- Support seasonal crop receiving, weighing, and unloading activities
- Operate equipment such as dryers, shelling machinery, and forklifts to support crop processing
- Assist with seed packaging, labeling, tagging, and inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment through 5S practices
- Support warehouse operations including loading, unloading, and material handling
What's Needed?
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Basic math skills and ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Willingness to work long hours and rotational shifts, including overtime
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 60 pounds
