Schedule: 7 on / 7 off (7 AM 7 PM)

Average Patient Load: patients per day per physician

Team Census: patients per day collectively

Environment: Non-trauma designated hospital with strong infrastructure

ICU: Open ICU model with 24/7 intensivist support and consultation available

Call: No on-call responsibilities

Provide comprehensive inpatient care and daily rounds on assigned patients

Admit patients and respond to rapid responses/codes as needed

Collaborate with intensivists, attending physicians, and specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Conduct detailed assessments, histories, and physical exams

Maintain accurate documentation using Paragon EMR

Participate actively in multidisciplinary care coordination

Board Eligible (within 1 year of eligibility) or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Required

New York medical license or willingness to obtain Required

DEA, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certificationsRequired

Must be open to a 7 on / 7 off full-time schedule

Must be comfortable working in an open ICU with intensivist support

Base Salary: $250,000 $275,000 (Guaranteed)

Starting Bonus: $15,000

Additional productivity and quality bonuses
