A Phoenix area private Peds practice is looking for vacation coverage at the end of August.
Dates/Times:

Aug 25: 9-6p (lunch from 12p-1p) Aug 26: 9-6p (lunch from 12p-1p) Aug 27: 9-1pm (lunch from 12p-1p) Aug 28: 9-6p (lunch from 12p-1p) Aug 29: 9-6p (lunch from 12p-1p)
-On-Call after hours during weekdays/weekends if needed (stipend provided)

-1 2-21/patients/day (Scheduled every 20 minutes)

-Familiarity with E-Clinical Works required

Compensation:
- Hourly/1099 Rate to be determined based on experience, etc.
- Get paid weekly via direct deposit
- Complimentary Medical Malpractice Coverage Provided
- Mileage Reimbursement Provided if traveling greater than 50 miles roundtrip

Requirements:

-AZ License

-Board Certification

-Experience required

-BLS/PALS required

-Local candidate/within drive-in distance required
