Key Responsibilities
Assist in all phases of concrete installation, including forming, pouring, screeding, and finishing.
Set up, align, and secure forms for sidewalks, curbs, driveways, and foundations.
Mix and place concrete using a variety of hand and power tools.
Apply curing and surface treatments to achieve proper finishes.
Ensure project specs are met with attention to slope, elevation, and surface quality.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas at all times.
Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE.
Work as part of a cohesive field team, supporting coworkers and foremen.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
Travel to job sites as needed; per diem is available for out-of-town work.
Qualifications
3+ years of concrete or general construction experience preferred.
CDL is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and goal-driven mindset.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Physically capable of lifting heavy materials, bending, and standing for extended periods.
No formal education requirement—hands-on experience and attitude matter most.
