Locums Intensivist/Critical Care Opportunity in Prescott, AZ where on-going/long-term coverage is needed. Here are some of the details:

Start Date: ASAP (Dependant Upon Credentialing)

Coverage Need/Schedule Details:

• Inpatient Setting
• Regular 12 hour shifts (No call)
• On-going Need (Looking for someone who can cover for 1yr plus)
• 7-14 shifts per month

Candidate Requirements:

• Active AZ license or IMLC Letter of Qualification

• Minimum Board Status: Board Eligible

• DEA needed (Can transfer from another state or have us assist with a new application)

Job/Practice Description:

• EMR: Cerner
• Patients Per Shift: 8-16 patients per shift, 1-3 admits per day
• Standard ICU Procedures
• Credentialing Timeframe: Est 90 days (Temp privileges may be available)
• Travel and Housing covered by the client, we will help book the arrangements

Compensation for this opportunity is highly competitive at $250/hr.
