High-volume breast practice with immediate full patient panel and shared call. Fellowship-trained Breast Surgeon role in NJ suburbs near NYC; full-time, permanent; mix of clinic and OR; immediate start; competitive base $375k–$400k plus quality/performance incentives and full benefits. - Fellowship-trained in Breast Surgery (or surgical oncology) or equivalent experience - Board-eligible/certified in General Surgery - Eligible for NJ medical license - Experience with breast cancer surgery (open to new grads with fellowship) - Ability to participate in shared call and multidisciplinary care

StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $375000.00 - $400000.00

A New Jersey-based health organization is adding to its team of ten breast surgeons. A full patient load will be immediately available—breast cancer is the system’s top pathology. This position is open to both experienced and new grad, fellowship-trained breast surgeons.
