Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU position requiring a GA or compact license and prior critical care experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in the ICU within a hospital setting
- Night shifts with 12-hour duration
- No on-call requirements
- 13-week assignment
- Strict RTO policy: up to 5 days allowed if not near a holiday; up to 3 days if occurring on or around a holiday
- Only one holiday time-off request permitted
- Multiple days of RTO during the holiday period will not be approved
- Can only apply to one position at a time within the health system
Requirements
- Active GA or compact RN license in hand
- Minimum of 18 months of ICU nursing experience
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility (no locals allowed)
- Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated for 1 year, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
