Now Hiring: Travel Registered Nurse – Progressive Care
Location: Cumming, GA
Important: Applicants Must reside 50 miles or more from zip code 30041
Schedule: 13 weeks | Day shift 7a-730p - Varies | Must work 1 Major and 1 Minor Holiday
Key responsibilities:
• Provides intermediate care to acutely ill patients in a progressive care unit
• Continuously monitor patients' vital signs and other critical health metrics using advanced equipment to track progress and detect changes in status
• Monitors vital signs, any changes, and intervenes to prevent escalation to the ICU
• Requires strong critical thinking, advanced technical skills, and effective communication to manage patients with complex needs who are recovering from conditions like heart failure or sepsis
• Be able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a demanding environment.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience, working in specialty
• Active RN License in GA
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Previous travel experience preferred
