Responsibilities:
The Licensed Vocational Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring technical and manual skills, within the scope of practice, that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care, and meets the communication needs of the patient and family; Performs under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Qualifications:
Med Surg - EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Must have a current and valid license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse issued by the State of Nevada.
2. BCLS upon hire and maintain current.
3. IV certification required.
4. Previous 1 year of experience required.
Emergency Services - EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Current and valid state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
2. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. Minimum one year experience required.
4. IV certification required.
5. ACLS (AHA) certificate required.
6. PALS (AHA) certificate required.
7. Basic Arrythmia (BAC) required.

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $28.00 to $35.00. This compensation estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
