Join our 4 providers at West Forsyth Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in the beautiful community of Clemmons, North Carolina. This is an established, outpatient only practice perfectly suited for a Med/Peds or Family Medicine physician.

What We're Looking ForEducation:
- Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
- Completion of an accredited residency program required
- For specialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specific to medical specialty
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Current MD license in appropriate state
- Board certification or eligibility
- Current DEA license required
