• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, no weekends
• Setting: Multi-specialty clinic
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed (60 days estimated)
• Duration: 13 weeks minimum with option to extend
  

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted IL license
• Must be available for at least 3 days of the week
