We are seeking a skilled Otolaryngologist for a locum tenens opportunity in a location near Clements, CA. Position Details: Specialty: Otolaryngology Start Date: February 1, 2025 End Date: May 1, 2025 Schedule: Clinic and hospital hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM On-call coverage: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM the next day. Call Responsibilities: Covers both assigned and unassigned patients. Call response time: 15???20 minutes. Practice Setting: Combination of inpatient and outpatient care. No teaching or supervision required. EMR systems used: Athena and Cerner. Key Responsibilities: General Otolaryngology services including both surgical and non-surgical care. Proficient in procedures such as: Endoscopic procedures Sinus and septal surgeries Bronchoscopy (flexible and rigid) Laryngoscopy Tracheotomy Thyroidectomy Facial reconstruction and surgeries (blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, and others) Complex and general head and neck surgeries Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology. Fellowship training is preferred. Must hold an active California medical license. BLS certification is required. Additional Information: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 120???180 days.
