Your Role as a Family Medicine Physician:- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
- Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment in an outpatient setting.
- Work collaboratively within a care team model, including Medical Customer Service Specialists, MAs, and LPNs.
- Utilize Epic EMR for efficient patient management and streamlined workflows.
- Participate in a shared call rotation (low volume, telephone-only).
