What you'll need to be successful:
- RBT Credential with an active or inactive status through the BACB (at this time, we are unable to assist with obtaining or reinstating expired credentials)
- Reliable transportation to homes within the greater Indianapolis area
- Willingness to undergo a background and reference check prior to working with our learners
- Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy in every interaction with learners, caregivers, and supervision team
