Nurse Practitioner Veteran Disability Evaluations Lancaster, TX
We re seeking a Nurse Practitioner in Lancaster, Texas, to provide disability examinations that help Veterans access the VA benefits they have earned. This is a meaningful role where you ll give back to those who have served, while enjoying a balanced schedule and supportive environment.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Workload: 3 5 Veteran assessments daily
- Compensation: $130,000 annually
- No Treatment Required: No prescribing, diagnosing, or ongoing patient care
- Assessment experience a plus, but not required
- Active, unrestricted state license required
Role Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret each Veteran s summarized medical history
- Conduct structured compensation and pension assessments
- Submit electronic exam records within 24 hours of completion
- Deliver accurate, high-quality evaluations that directly support Veterans benefit claims
