Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. The FNP will provide primary and specialized healthcare services to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong patient care philosophy, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and evaluate patients' overall health status.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, infections, and injuries.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and evidence-based practice.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Oregon state License as Family Nurse Practitioner.
