Our client, a highly respected employment law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Law Attorney to join their team. Senior Employment Law Attorney Benefits and Compensation:

Senior Employment Law Attorney Requirements & Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Washington or California
• At least 7 years of experience handling FEHA cases, employment law matters, including harassment and discrimination
• Ability to independently manage a caseload of single-plaintiff employment matters from intake through resolution
• Strong skills in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Experience representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
Senior Employment Law Attorney Preferred Background & Skills:
• Familiarity with additional employment law areas such as wage & hour or wrongful termination
• Collaborative, compassionate, and detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to client advocacy
