Our client, a leading organization in the retail and hospitality industry, is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join their team. As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will be part of the recruitment department supporting the hiring process for new locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter
Location: Melville, NY
Pay Range: $30- $35/hr
Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Duration: 2 months
What's the Job?
- Recruit and screen candidates for grocery, produce, dairy, bakery, deli, and cashier roles for a new location in Greenvale, NY
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information
- Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition
- Collaborate with team members to meet hiring goals and improve recruitment strategies
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full cycle recruiting, particularly in restaurant and retail environments
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
