Seeking a board certified or board eligible family medicine physician for a permanent outpatient role in Steuben County, New York. The physician will work alongside other primary care providers, supervise advanced practice providers (APPs), and provide medical, dental, and behavioral health services in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting.
