Pay: $25–$30/hour, commensurate with experience

RBT Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes or schools in the Baltimore County area.

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior goals.

• Communicate effectively with families and clinical supervisors.

• Maintain a safe and engaging environment for therapy sessions.

Schedule and Locations

• Flexible Hours: Daytime, afternoon, and early evening shifts available.

• Serve Families Near You in: Towson, Owings Mills, Catonsville, Essex, Dundalk, Pikesville, Woodlawn, and Cockeysville.

RBT Qualifications (Required)

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain it (we provide support).

• High school diploma.

• Reliable transportation for local travel.
