We are seeking a qualified Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an assignment in a healthcare setting. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall function.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility activities
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to the Physical Therapist
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with the therapy team and interdisciplinary healthcare staff

Requirements

• Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Required: Active PTA license in state of assignment or ability to obtain
• Required: American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification
• Preferred: Previous therapy or healthcare experience
