You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and maintain a strong, visible presence. This role requires both armed and driving responsibilities. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering restricted areas, in compliance with site protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats within a high-security aerospace and defense environment.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, unusual observations, or maintenance issues promptly to Allied Universal management and site contacts.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as needed during critical situations or drills.
• Participate in ongoing training and drills to remain prepared for emergency response and to stay current with site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Level III Armed Certification is required for positions in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
