Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Radiology Technologist – Generalist for a 13-week assignment in Cortlandt Manor, NY. The technologist will perform a variety of diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures while ensuring patient safety and high-quality imaging.
Responsibilities
- Perform general radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures
- Prepare patients for imaging exams and explain procedures
- Ensure proper positioning and radiation safety standards
- Operate and maintain radiographic equipment
- Accurately document procedures and patient information
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members
Requirements
- Graduate of an AMA/CAHEA-accredited Radiologic Technology program or equivalent
- New York State Department of Health Licensure (required)
- ARRT Certification and Registration (required)
- BLS Certification (required)
- Minimum 2 years of recent radiology experience
- Strong analytical and technical skills to evaluate and perform imaging procedures
