This position is for a board-certified physician to work in a Hospitalist/ER hybrid role in Mississippi, covering low-volume shifts with 4-6 patients daily and no trauma cases. Shifts vary between 12, 24, and 36 hours with competitive hourly pay plus RVU compensation. Immediate start and permanent placement in a hospital setting are offered.
