This permanent OB/GYN physician position in Houston offers a $100,000 sign-on bonus with a flexible schedule combining clinic and OR days. The role involves managing 26-28 patients daily, performing 10-12 deliveries and 4-5 GYN surgeries weekly, supported by a laborist team and full clinical staff. Compensation ranges from $400k to $800k annually, including benefits like PTO, CME, and malpractice coverage, with relocation assistance available.

Position Highlights : Join a group of 4 experienced OB/GYNs Flexibility of schedule with clinic and OR days Average of 26-28 patients per day once fully ramped 1:5 Call, Laborist team will manage and triage patients. Physicians will only be required to come in for deliveries 1 Doc delivers all of her own babies Great work life balance: post weekday call and Monday off post weekend call Good mix of OB vs GYN; 10-12 deliveries per month and 4-5 GYN OR cases a week. Possibility to be busier if you want Robotic access VBAC are very favorable, with no elective C-sections.
