Job Summary:

HCA Florida Englewood Hospital is searching for PRN Emergency Medicine Physician to join our Wellen Park FSED.

HCA Florida Wellen Park Emergency SM center will be constructed at the corner of Tamiami Trail and Preto Boulevard at 7070 S Tamiami Trail in Venice.

• 11,300 square foot freestanding emergency department
• Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week
• Expected to serve more than 10,000 patients annually
• 11 exam rooms and offer full-service emergency care, including laboratory, x-rays, CT scanning and ultrasound capabilities

The new emergency center is anticipated to open in spring 2025, the 40th anniversary of HCA Florida Englewood Hospital, and is a testament to the hospital's commitment to providing advanced and accessible healthcare services to meet the healthcare needs of the growing population in Charlotte and Sarasota County.

Qualified Candidates:

• Board eligible/certified in Emergency Medicine
• ACLS & PALS required
