Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a PACU RN with at least 2 years of experience and a ME or compact RN license to work night shifts in a perioperative setting.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in a hospital perioperative unit focused on pre- and post-anesthesia care
• Night shift schedule from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Care provided to patients before and after anesthesia
• Floating between facilities within a 25-mile radius may be required
• No travel pairs or groups are allowed for this position
• Local travelers within 90 miles are considered local and may have different terms
• Candidates who have worked at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months must disclose this for consideration
• Resumes and profiles must include up-to-date references and verification of nursing license

Requirements

• Active ME or compact RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of PACU or related perioperative RN experience
• Driver’s License required for consideration
• Current Social Security Number (SSN) and Date of Birth (DOB) documentation required
