Qualifications

• MD or DO required
• Board Certified/Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine (board certification within 5 years if not already certified)
• Active Illinois medical license or ability to obtain
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Bi-annual CPR certification preferred
