JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Valid state medical license
- Certifications: BLS, DEA, AAHIVM Certification (within 18 months)
- Experience: 10+ years preferred; Supervisory and quality improvement experience
- Other Qualifications: Board Certification preferred; GCP and HSP training for research
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and evaluate HCC clinical staff including MDs, DOs, and mid-level providers
- Review patient charts for quality, compliance, and performance metrics
- Ensure provider staffing, vacation coordination, and patient flow
- Monitor productivity and address performance issues
- Support and oversee CME participation and charting compliance
- Participate in clinical research and serve as Sub-Investigator when needed
