We re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a premium locum opportunity at a well-established outpatient clinic in Southern California. This full-time role focuses on providing care to geriatric patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) and those undergoing dialysis. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 2 years of relevant experience and hold active certifications including BC, BLS, DEA, and CAQH.

• Location: Upland, CA
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
• Duration: 6 months with potential extension
• Start Date: ASAP
• Travel/Lodging: All-inclusive
• Support Team: Physician, MA, and Admin staff
• Interview Process: Virtual, typically within 72 hours of submission
