Iowa Clinic is actively recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to join our high-performing, patient-focused team. This is a rare opportunity to practice advanced neurosurgery in a collaborative, physician-led environment while enjoying the support and stability of a premier health system.
Position Highlights
- Robust Referral Network: Benefit from a large, built-in referral base across our primary care clinics.
- Collaborative Environment: Practice in a collegial setting with support from other Iowa Clinic Neurosurgeons throughout the region.
- Comprehensive Support: Dedicated clinic staff, 1 first-assist PA, and a clinic-based advanced practitioner.
- EPIC EMR: Fully integrated electronic health record across clinics and partner hospitals for seamless care coordination.
Practice Details
- Average patients/day during full clinic days
- 8 10 surgical cases per week
- 8 days of call/month with additional stipend available for extra call
- Procedures include spinal surgeries, carpal tunnel release, neurostimulators, and pump implants
- Team-focused approach with a commitment to improving the health of our communities
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
- Eligible to work in the U.S. (H-1B cap-exempt)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Passionate about patient-centered care and clinical excellence
