Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the wire and cable industry, is seeking a FL Regional Sales Manager to join their team. As a FL Regional Sales Manager, you will be part of the sales department supporting the outside sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: FL Regional Sales Manager
Pay Range: $100,000 - $140,000
What's the Job?
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations highlighting the value of wire and cable solutions.
- Negotiate sales terms, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide expert product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
What's Needed?
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- 8-10+ years' experience in electrical cable/wiring sales with technical understanding.
- Regional and territory sales experience required.
- Travelling required.
- Sound problem solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
